　Who is TOMTE?

TOMTE is the fairy of the dwarf who put on the triangle hat which lived in North Europe.
The name of the dramatic company made TOMTE a motif, and it was named it.
TOMTE PUPPET SHOW is being made an alias.

TOMTE PUPPET SHOW was founded by Masayo from Osaka and Keiji from Wakayama on December 24, 1982. It began, and two people belonged to "WARASHIKO PUPPET THEATER", and so the foundation of the puppet show was learned, and became independent. We love the thing which supports child culture most with a picture-story show, a picture book, paneltheater, aprontheater, and so on, and it thinks of the puppet show which it can have it enjoys to the person who was a child long ago from the child.

　As for the pantomime which sometimes came out to the stage, it studied under T.Minowa (England), and marionette was learned from J.Gamble marionette (the United States). The power was poured, and thrown in Ebisu bridge of Osaka, and it had ever had money from the highway art by the doll as well after Belgium (Gent) performance in 1989. Though it could meet many warm hearts, it came across it harshly in Hanshin big earthquake disaster volunteer performance in 1995 in the sad scene as well.
